The Seymour Wildcats volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Oxford Wolverines to 0 in the Wildcats league triumph on Friday.

The Wildcats now possess a 15-1 record. They play next when they host St. Paul Catholic for a Naugatuck Valley outing on Tuesday, October 15. Seymour will play a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 league win over Wilby (Waterbury, CT). The Falcons record now stands at 9-5.

With the loss, Oxford drops to 5-10 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Kennedy (Waterbury, CT) to play the Eagles in a Naugatuck Valley outing on Tuesday, October 15. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 7-7. Kennedy lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Woodland Regional (Beacon Falls, CT)
