In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Appleton North Lightning volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Sun Prairie United .
The Lightning (19-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Kaukauna (Kaukauna, WI). The Galloping Ghosts go into the Fox Valley test with a 18-12 record. In their last test, Kaukauna went down by Appleton West (Appleton, WI), 3-2, in a league test.
The now sport a 18-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brookfield Central for a non-league test on Saturday, October 11. Sun Prairie United will face a Lancers squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Wauwatosa East (Wauwatosa, WI). The Lancers record now stands at 18-11.
