The Sun Prairie United volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Fond du Lac Cardinals to 1 in the non-league triumph on Saturday.
The now have a 18-13 record. They play next when they travel to Middleton for a Big Eight game on Monday, October 13. Sun Prairie United will play a Cardinals team coming off a 3-0 league win over Madison La Follette (Madison, WI). The Cardinals record now stands at 29-0.
With the loss, Fond du Lac drops to 8-7 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Kimberly (Kimberly, WI) to play the Papermakers in a Fox Valley outing on Tuesday, October 14. The Papermakers come into the outing with a record of 18-8. Kimberly lost 3-2 in their recent league outing against Appleton North (Appleton, WI)
