The Cheverus Stags ran past the visiting Biddeford Tigers football squad by a count of 35-13 in Saturday's league test.
The Stags now hold a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Westbrook for a B South test on Saturday, October 18. Cheverus will meet a Blue Blazes squad coming off a 20-0 league win over Kennebunk (Kennebunk, ME). The Blue Blazes record now stands at 5-1.
With the defeat, Biddeford moves to 1-5 on the season. The Tigers travel to Gorham (Gorham, ME) to face the Rams in a B South challenge on Friday, October 17. The Rams go into the challenge with a record of 1-5. Gorham lost 15-8 in their recent non-league challenge against Scarborough (Scarborough, ME)
