New Mexico High School Football - Questa triumphant over Cloudcroft

The crowd at Saturday's league contest between the Questa Wildcats (Questa, NM) and the host Cloudcroft Bears (Cloudcroft, NM), witnessed Questa's football squad wallop Cloudcroft by a count of 68-14.

The Wildcats (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against Menaul (Albuquerque, NM). The Panthers go into the 8-Man District 2 (8 Man) battle with a 4-3 record. In their last battle, Menaul was crushed by Escalante (Tierra Amarilla, NM), 42-0, in a league battle.

The Bears now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Fort Sumner/House for a 8-Man District 2 (8 Man) battle on Friday, October 17. Cloudcroft will confront a squad coming off a 58-8 league win over Clayton (Clayton, NM). The record now stands at 6-0.
