The KIPP College Prep Panthers football squad scored 50 points and limited the host Richard Wright Public Charter School Spartans to 0 in the Panthers league triumph on Saturday.
The Panthers now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Digital Pioneers Academy for a test on Friday, October 17. KIPP College Prep will face a Pythons team coming off a 58-6 non-league win over Phelps Architecture, Construction & Engineering (Washington, DC). The Pythons record now stands at 5-1.
The Spartans (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against KIPP DC Legacy College Prep (Washington, DC). The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, KIPP DC Legacy College Prep bounced Sidwell Friends (Washington, DC), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
