The Lake Zurich Bears (Lake Zurich, IL) football defeated the host Mundelein Mustangs (Mundelein, IL), 28-6 in Saturday's non-league contest.
The Bears (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Warren Township (Gurnee, IL). The Blue Devils enter the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Warren Township was toppled by Stevenson (Lincolnshire, IL), 41-0, in a non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Mustangs encounter the Waukegan Bulldogs (Waukegan, IL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, October 17. Mundelein will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record.
