In their next game, the Crusaders play the Monsignor Farrell Lions (Staten Island, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 18. Archbishop Stepinac will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Lions come into the test with a 5-1 record after their 16-0 non-league win over St. Joseph-by-the-Sea (Staten Island, NY).

With the defeat, Fordham Prep drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Holy Cross (Flushing, NY) to meet the Knights in a test on Saturday, October 18. The Knights come into the test with a record of 1-4. Holy Cross lost 35-6 in their recent league test against Holy Trinity (Hicksville, NY)
