Liberty Common Eagles (Fort Collins, CO) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they observed their soccer squad triumph over the visiting Windsor Charter Academy Firebirds (Windsor, CO), 5-0 in a league outing.

The Eagles (6-3) will now prepare for their outing against Valley (Gilcrest, CO). The Vikings go into the 3A/2A Patriot outing with a 2-9 record. In their last outing, Valley was overwhelmed by Windsor Charter Academy (Windsor, CO), 10-1, in a league outing.

Next up, the Firebirds confront the Sterling Tigers (Sterling, CO) in a 3A/2A Patriot outing, on Tuesday, October 14. Windsor Charter Academy will attempt to improve on its 6-3 season record. The Tigers go into the test with a 3-8 record after their 6-2 league loss to Frontier Academy (Greeley, CO).
