The Mott-Regent Wildfire (Mott, ND) volleyball held off the host Alexander (Alexander, ND), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Wildfire now possess a 14-5 record. They play next when they travel to Beach for a B - Region 7 bout on Saturday, October 11. Mott-Regent will clash with a Buccaneers team coming off a 3-1 league win over Bowman County co-op [Bowman/Rhame] (Bowman, ND). The Buccaneers record now stands at 6-7.
The (4-6) will now prepare for their match against Ray (Ray, ND). The Ray Jays enter the non-league match with a 8-3 record. In their last match, Ray was tipped by Trenton (Trenton, ND), 3-2, in a non-league match.
