In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Riverton Hawks volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Astoria/VIT Rebels.
The Hawks (19-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Havana (Havana, IL). The Ducks enter the non-league challenge with a 8-13 record. In their last challenge, Havana was beaten by Illini Bluffs (Glasford, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Rebels meet the Illini Bluffs Tigers (Glasford, IL) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, October 15. Astoria/VIT will attempt to improve on its 3-15 season record.
