Arkansas High School Volleyball - Baptist Prep can't hold off Southside

In Saturday's non-league match, the Southside Mavericks (Fort Smith, AR) volleyball squad tipped the host Baptist Prep Eagles (Little Rock, AR), by a count of 2-1.

Next up, the Mavericks clash with the Vilonia Eagles (Vilonia, AR) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, October 11. Southside will attempt to better on its 18-7 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 9-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Little Rock Christian Academy (Little Rock, AR).

With the loss, Baptist Prep drops to 12-7 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Benton (Benton, AR) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 11. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 14-6. Benton lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Lakeside (Hot Springs, AR)
