In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting Prairie Ridge Wolves volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Belvidere North Blue Thunder.

With the win, Prairie Ridge advances its record to 22-3 on the season. The Wolves host Huntley (Huntley, IL) to face the Red Raiders in a Fox Valley test on Tuesday, October 14. The Red Raiders go into the test with a record of 20-6. Huntley won 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL)

Next, the Blue Thunder play the Freeport Pretzels (Freeport, IL) in a Northern Illinois NIC-10 challenge, on Tuesday, October 14. Belvidere North will attempt to upgrade on its 13-11 season record. The Pretzels come into the challenge with a 8-14 record after their 2-0 league loss to Boylan Catholic (Rockford, IL).
