Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Los Banos Tigers (Los Banos, CA) and the visiting Bethel Jaguars (Vallejo, CA), observed Los Banos's volleyball team hold off Bethel by a count of 2-1.

The Tigers (7-11) will now prepare for their contest against Buhach Colony (Atwater, CA). The Thunder enter the Central California Conference contest with a 15-10 record. In their last contest, Buhach Colony got by Weston Ranch (Stockton, CA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

The Jaguars now own a 19-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Enochs for a non-league battle on Saturday, October 11. Bethel will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Downey (Modesto, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-14.
