The Mt. Pleasant Oilers volleyball squad (Mt. Pleasant, MI), dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Brighton Bulldogs (Brighton, MI)

With the victory, Brighton upgrades its record to 24-6 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Utica Eisenhower (Shelby Township, MI) to meet the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 11. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 21-2. Utica Eisenhower won 3-0 in their recent league test against Romeo (Romeo, MI)

The Oilers now sport a 26-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stevenson for a non-league test on Saturday, October 11. Mt. Pleasant will face a Spartans squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Fordson (Dearborn, MI). The Spartans record now stands at 16-10.
