The Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Spartans volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Cornwall Central Dragons to 0 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Spartans now sport a 28-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Shenendehowa for a non-league match on Saturday, October 11. Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake will confront a Plainsmen squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Bethlehem Central (Delmar, NY). The Plainsmen record now stands at 17-5.
The Dragons (25-3) will now prepare for their match against Minisink Valley (Slate Hill, NY). The Warriors enter the non-league match with a 7-4 record. In their last match, Minisink Valley gained a win over Kingston (Kingston, NY), 3-0, in a non-league match.
