California High School Volleyball - Laguna Beach tips Burroughs

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Laguna Beach Breakers volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Burroughs Bears.
With the win, Laguna Beach improves its record to 11-23 on the season. The Breakers travel to Woodrow Wilson (Long Beach, CA) to face the Bruins in a non-league test on Saturday, October 11. The Bruins go into the test with a record of 18-12. Woodrow Wilson won 3-0 in their recent league test against Cabrillo (Long Beach, CA)
The Bears now own a 20-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Burbank for a Pacific test on Tuesday, October 14. Burroughs will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Crescenta Valley (La Crescenta, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 12-19.
