With the win, De La Salle improves its record to 10-11 on the season. The Cavalier travel to Slaughter Community Charter (Slaughter, LA) to encounter the Knights in a non-league battle on Saturday, October 11. The Knights go into the battle with a record of 5-9. Slaughter Community Charter lost 3-0 in their recent league battle against Central Private (Baker, LA)

The Spartans now own a 5-13 record. They take the field next when they host John Ehret for a non-league contest on Saturday, October 11. Salmen will meet a Patriots team coming off a 3-0 league win over West Jefferson (Harvey, LA). The Patriots record now stands at 14-3.
