Lawrence County Bulldogs (Louisa, KY) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host East Ridge Warriors (Lick Creek, KY), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs (7-12) will now prepare for their test against Lincoln County (Stanford, KY). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 3-19 record. In their last test, Lincoln County went down by Wayne County (Monticello, KY), 3-0, in a non-league test.
The Warriors now sport a 12-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Phelps for a non-league test on Saturday, October 11. East Ridge will face a Hornets squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to East Ridge (Lick Creek, KY). The Hornets record now stands at 3-13.
