With the win, Sand Rock advances its record to 14-19 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Glencoe (Glencoe, AL) to face the Yellowjackets in a non-league test on Saturday, October 11. The Yellowjackets go into the test with a record of 25-13. Glencoe won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Spring Garden (Spring Garden, AL)

The Blue Devils now sport a 10-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oneonta for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 15. Etowah will face a Redskins squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Susan Moore (Blountsville, AL). The Redskins record now stands at 9-18.
