Faulkton Trojans (Faulkton, SD) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Lyman Raiders (Presho, SD), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Trojans (13-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Herreid/Selby (Herreid, SD). The Wolverines come into the B Region 6 challenge with a 19-5 record. In their last challenge, Herreid/Selby lost by Northwestern Area (Mellette, SD), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Raiders play the Jones County Coyotes (Murdo, SD) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, October 14. Lyman will attempt to advance on its 14-9 season record. The Coyotes go into the game with a 11-8 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Dupree (Dupree, SD).
