Marian Mustangs (Bloomfield Hills, MI) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Frankenmuth Eagles (Frankenmuth, MI), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Mustangs (34-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Romeo (Romeo, MI). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 20-8 record. In their last challenge, Romeo was beaten by Utica Eisenhower (Shelby Township, MI), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Eagles face the Freeland Falcons (Freeland, MI) in a Tri-Valley - East test, on Wednesday, October 15. Frankenmuth will attempt to advance on its 10-14 season record.
