Indiana High School Volleyball - Homestead over Franklin Central

The Homestead Spartans (Fort Wayne, IN) volleyball knocked off the visiting Franklin Central Flashes (Indianapolis, IN), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Spartans now possess a 20-9 record. They play next when they travel to New Albany for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 11. Homestead will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Trinity Lutheran (Seymour, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 18-8.

With the loss, Franklin Central drops to 20-10 on the campaign. The Flashes host Shelbyville (Shelbyville, IN) to clash with the Golden Bears in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 11. The Golden Bears come into the bout with a record of 11-16. Shelbyville won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Warren Central (Indianapolis, IN)
