The Minnetonka Skippers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Fridley Tigers to 0 in the Skippers non-league victory on Saturday.

Next up, the Skippers confront the Wayzata Trojans (Plymouth, MN) in a Lake game, on Tuesday, October 14. Minnetonka will attempt to advance on its 19-7 season record. The Trojans enter the game with a 15-10 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Monticello (Monticello, MN).

The Tigers (5-15) will now prepare for their bout against Rosemount (Rosemount, MN). The Irish come into the non-league bout with a 11-12 record. In their last bout, Rosemount was topped by Lakeville South (Lakeville, MN), 3-0, in a league bout.
