The King/Drew Golden Eagles volleyball squad (Los Angeles, CA), was edged 1-0 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Highland Bulldogs (Palmdale, CA)

The Bulldogs (26-7) will now prepare for their contest against Kennedy (Granada Hills, CA). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 22-7 record. In their last contest, Kennedy got by Sylmar (Sylmar, CA), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Golden Eagles battle the Jordan Bulldogs (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, October 13. King/Drew will attempt to move on its 15-5 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 2-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to Harbor Teacher (Wilmington, CA).
