The Live Oak Acorns volleyball squad scored 2 points and held the host Hill Falcons to 1 in the Acorns non-league win on Saturday.

Next up, the Acorns confront the Willow Glen Rams (San Jose, CA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, October 11. Live Oak will attempt to advance on its 11-6 season record. The Rams go into the game with a 10-7 record after their 3-0 league win over Yerba Buena (San Jose, CA).

The Falcons (6-18) will now prepare for their game against Gunderson (San Jose, CA). The Grizzlies go into the BVAL - Santa Teresa East outing with a 2-12 record. In their last outing, Gunderson was nudged by Prospect (Saratoga, CA), 3-1, in a league outing.
