Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Madison Trojans (Adrian, MI) and the host Homer Trojans (Homer, MI), observed Madison's volleyball team top Homer by a count of 2-0.

The Trojans (26-11) will now prepare for their battle against Concord (Concord, MI). The Yellowjackets go into the non-league battle with a 18-7 record. In their last battle, Concord achieved victory over Springport (Springport, MI), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Trojans now own a 19-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Onsted for a non-league battle on Saturday, October 11. Homer will encounter a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Madison (Adrian, MI). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-14.
