Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Jefferson County North Chargers (Winchester, KS) and the host Kansas City Christian School Panthers (Prairie Village, KS), observed Jefferson County North's volleyball team top Kansas City Christian School by a count of 2-0.

The Chargers (35-4) will now prepare for their contest against Wellsville (Wellsville, KS). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 18-10 record. In their last battle, Wellsville achieved victory over Burlington (Burlington, KS), 2-0, in a league battle.

The Panthers now own a 16-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pleasanton for a non-league battle on Thursday, October 16.
