The La Quinta Aztecs edged the visiting Nordhoff Rangers volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.
Coming up next, the Aztecs clash with the Rancho Alamitos Vaqueros (Garden Grove, CA) in a Garden Grove bout, on Tuesday, October 14. La Quinta will attempt to better on its 11-9 season record. The Vaqueros come into the bout with a 16-7 record after their 3-0 league win over Santiago (Garden Grove, CA).
With the loss, Nordhoff drops to 14-7 on the campaign. The Rangers travel to Whittier (Whittier, CA) to battle the Cardinals in a non-league match on Saturday, October 11.
