Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, IL) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Milford Bearcats (Milford, IL), 2-0 in a non-league outing.

The Minutemen now have a 21-7 record. They play next when they travel to Rantoul for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 11. Lexington will play a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Bloomington Central Catholic (Bloomington, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 11-11.

With the loss, Milford drops to 2-19 on the campaign. The Bearcats travel to Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin (Bismarck, IL) to play the Blue Devils in a Vermilion Valley outing on Tuesday, October 14. The Blue Devils come into the outing with a record of 15-6. Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin won 2-1 in their recent league outing against Chrisman (Chrisman, IL)
