Kansas High School Volleyball - McPherson over South

Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the McPherson Bullpups (McPherson, KS) and the host South Cougars (Salina, KS), saw McPherson's volleyball squad notch a victory over South by a score of 2-0.

With the win, McPherson improves its record to 24-5 on the season. The Bullpups travel to Hutchinson (Hutchinson, KS) to encounter the Salthawks in a non-league battle on Saturday, October 11. The Salthawks go into the battle with a record of 19-9. Hutchinson lost 2-0 in their recent league battle against Maize South (Wichita, KS)

The Cougars now own a 19-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Heights for a non-league battle on Saturday, October 11. South will meet a Falcons team coming off a 2-0 league loss to North (Wichita, KS). The Falcons record now stands at 9-19.
