Monte Vista Mustangs (Danville, CA) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team run past the host St. Ignatius College Preparatory Wildcats (San Francisco, CA), 2-0 in a non-league outing.

The Mustangs now have a 21-8 record. They play next when they travel to Folsom for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 11. Monte Vista will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 league win over Rocklin (Rocklin, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 22-8.
