The Mountainside Mavericks topped the visiting Silverton Foxes volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.
Coming up next, the Mavericks play the Sheldon Irish (Eugene, OR) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, October 11. Mountainside will attempt to upgrade on its 13-7 season record. The Irish come into the outing with a 16-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Willamette (Eugene, OR).
With the loss, Silverton drops to 7-9 on the campaign. The Foxes travel to Crescent Valley (Corvallis, OR) to play the Raiders in a 5A Mid-Willamette outing on Thursday, October 16. The Raiders come into the outing with a record of 24-1.
