The Rock Port Blue Jays knocked off the host University Academy Charter Gryphons volleyball team by a margin of 3-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Blue Jays now possess a 23-5 record. They play next when they travel to West Platte for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 11. Rock Port will clash with a Bluejays team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Mid-Buchanan (Faucett, MO). The Bluejays record now stands at 16-13.
With the loss, University Academy Charter drops to 6-9 on the campaign. The Gryphons host Barstow (Kansas City, MO) to clash with the Knights in a non-league match on Tuesday, October 14. The Knights enter the match with a record of 6-7. Barstow lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against St. Michael the Archangel (Lee's Summit, MO)
