The Santa Teresa Desert Warriors volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Hatch Valley Bears to 0 in the Desert Warriors non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Desert Warriors now possess a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Goddard for a non-league game on Saturday, October 16. Santa Teresa will meet a Rockets team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Gadsden (Anthony, NM). The Rockets record now stands at 1-1.

The Bears (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Cobre (Bayard, NM). The Indians enter the game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Cobre defeated Mesilla Valley Christian School (Las Cruces, NM), 2-0, in a non-league game.
