Next up, the Mustangs battle the St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC) in a Washington Catholic contest, on Friday, October 14. Bishop McNamara will attempt to better on its 13-5 season record. The Cadets go into the contest with a 16-3 record after their 3-1 league loss to Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA).

With the loss, St. Mary's Ryken moves to 2-5 on the year. The Knights host St. Paul VI (Chantilly, VA) to battle the Panthers in a Washington Catholic contest on Friday, October 14. The Panthers go into the contest with a record of 9-12. St. Paul VI lost 3-1 in their recent league contest against Bishop Ireton (Alexandria, VA)
