In Wednesday's league battle, the visiting Washington International Red Devils volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Burke Bengals.
The Red Devils (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against School Without Walls (Washington, DC). The Penguins come into the non-league battle with a 10-7 record. In their last battle, School Without Walls lost by Jackson-Reed (Washington, DC), 2-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Bengals clash with the Model Secondary School for the Deaf Eagles (Washington, DC) in a PVAC battle, on Friday, October 14. Burke will attempt to advance on its 2-9 season record. The Eagles come into the battle with a 17-12 record after their 3-0 league win over Field (Washington, DC).
