California High School Football - Acalanes topples Rancho Cotate

The Acalanes Dons (Lafayette, CA) football defeated the visiting Rancho Cotate Cougars (Rohnert Park, CA), 46-16 in Thursday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Dons face the Menlo-Atherton Bears (Atherton, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, October 19. Acalanes will attempt to advance on its 8-0 season record. The Bears enter the bout with a 2-4 record after their 28-14 league loss to Los Gatos (Los Gatos, CA).
