Webb City Cardinals (Webb City, MO) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Raytown Bluejays (Raytown, MO), 11-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Cardinals now own a 21-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Belton for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 14. Webb City will face a Pirates squad coming off a 15-0 non-league win over Warrensburg (Warrensburg, MO). The Pirates record now stands at 17-10.
With the loss, Raytown falls to 8-12 on the campaign.
