The Anacostia Indians volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Bard Falcons to 0 in the Indians league victory on Thursday.
The Indians now possess a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host MacArthur for a DCIAA game on Saturday, October 14. Anacostia will meet a Mammoths team coming off a 2-0 league win over Coolidge (Washington, DC). The Mammoths record now stands at 6-5.
The Falcons (0-6) will now prepare for their game against Coolidge (Washington, DC). The Colts enter the non-league game with a 2-12 record. In their last game, Coolidge was dropped by MacArthur (Washington, DC), 2-0, in a league game.
