The Lincoln Railsplitters volleyball team (Des Moines, IA), was dropped 3-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Carlisle Wildcats (Carlisle, IA)
The Wildcats (22-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Dowling Catholic (West Des Moines, IA). The Maroons enter the non-league challenge with a 22-5 record. In their last challenge, Dowling Catholic defeated Urbandale (Urbandale, IA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Railsplitters meet the Fort Dodge Dodgers (Fort Dodge, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 14. Lincoln will attempt to move on its 3-16 season record. The Dodgers enter the challenge with a 17-10 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Webster City (Webster City, IA).
