Arizona High School Volleyball - Thatcher over Catalina

The Thatcher Eagles (Thatcher, AZ) volleyball overcame the host Catalina Trojans (Tucson, AZ), 3-0 in Thursday's league outing.

With the win, Thatcher upgrades its record to 8-15 on the year. The Eagles host Casa Grande (Casa Grande, AZ) to face the Cougars in a non-league outing on Friday, October 13. The Cougars go into the outing with a record of 2-11. Casa Grande lost 3-1 in their recent league outing against Williams Field (Gilbert, AZ)

The Trojans now own a 0-17 record. They play next when they host Palo Verde for a 3A - South outing on Monday, October 16. Catalina will face a Titans squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to The Gregory School (Tucson, AZ). The Titans record now stands at 3-12.
