The Freedom Patriots volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Colonial Grenadiers to 0 in the Patriots non-league victory on Thursday.
The Patriots now have a 13-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Boone for a non-league game on Tuesday, October 17. Freedom will meet a Braves team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Lake Mary (Lake Mary, FL). The Braves record now stands at 9-11.
The Grenadiers (10-7) will now prepare for their game against University (Orlando, FL). The Cougars enter the non-league game with a 7-10 record. In their last game, University gained a win over Jones (Orlando, FL), 3-0, in a non-league game.
