With the win, Fontainebleau upgrades its record to 17-11 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Mandeville (Mandeville, LA) to play the Skippers in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 14. The Skippers go into the bout with a record of 14-5. Mandeville lost 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Archbishop Hannan (Covington, LA)

The Lions now own a 12-16 record. They play next when they travel to Thibodaux for a non-league bout on Friday, October 13. Covington will play a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Bourgeois (Gray, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 10-19.
