The Mercer County Titans volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Danville Christian Academy Warriors to 1 in the Titans non-league victory on Thursday.
The Titans now have a 8-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wayne County for a non-league game on Saturday, October 14. Mercer County will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Clinton County (Albany, KY). The Cardinals record now stands at 13-12.
The Warriors (7-12) will now prepare for their game against Frankfort Christian Academy (Frankfort, KY). The Royals enter the non-league game with a 0-15 record. In their last game, Frankfort Christian Academy dropped by Carroll County (Carrollton, KY), 2-1, in a non-league game.
