The Midway/Minto Mustangs volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Four Winds/Minnewaukan Indians to 1 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Thursday.

The Mustangs now have a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cavalier for a B - Region 2 game on Tuesday, October 17. Midway/Minto will meet a Tornadoes team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland/Munich/Starkweather] (Cando, ND). The Tornadoes record now stands at 8-7.

The Indians (2-5) will now prepare for their game against Drayton/Valley-Edinburg (Drayton, ND). The Titans enter the non-league game with a 5-15 record. In their last game, Drayton/Valley-Edinburg dropped by North Border co-op [Walhalla/Pembina] (Walhalla, ND), 3-0, in a non-league game.
