The Hornell Red Raiders (Hornell, NY) volleyball overcame the visiting Pavilion Golden Gophers (Pavilion, NY), 3-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.

With the win, Hornell upgrades its record to 10-5 on the year. The Red Raiders host Haverling (Bath, NY) to face the Rams in a Section 5 Livingston County I outing on Monday, October 16. The Rams go into the outing with a record of 5-8. Haverling won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Keshequa (Nunda, NY)

The Golden Gophers now own a 1-9 record. They play next when they travel to Geneseo for a non-league outing on Friday, October 13. Pavilion will face a Blue Devils squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Letchworth (Gainesville, NY). The Blue Devils record now stands at 6-7.
