The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Kiowa Indians (Kiowa, CO) and the host Pikes Peak Christian Eagles (Colorado Springs, CO), saw Kiowa's volleyball squad beat Pikes Peak Christian by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Kiowa upgrades its record to 11-7 on the year. The Indians travel to Burlington (Burlington, CO) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 14. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 8-9. Burlington lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Limon (Limon, CO)

The Eagles now own a 12-4 record. They play next when they travel to Cotopaxi for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 14. Pikes Peak Christian will play a Pirates squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Custer County (Westcliffe, CO). The Pirates record now stands at 10-8.
