In Thursday's league battle, the host Milbank Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Tiospa Zina Wambdi.

The Bulldogs (16-9) will now prepare for their battle against Sisseton (Sisseton, SD). The Redmen come into the A Region 1 battle with a 7-10 record. In their last battle, Sisseton achieved victory over Waverly/South Shore (Waverly, SD), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Coming up next, the Wambdi play the Clark/Willow Lake Cyclones (Clark, SD) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, October 17. Tiospa Zina will attempt to upgrade on its 6-16 season record. The Cyclones go into the bout with a 7-13 record after their 3-1 league loss to Flandreau (Flandreau, SD).
