The St. Anthony Village Huskies volleyball team (Minneapolis, MN), was dropped 3-1 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Visitation Blazers (Mendota Heights, MN)

The Blazers (13-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Simley (Inver Grove Heights, MN). The Spartans enter the non-league challenge with a 9-8 record. In their last challenge, Simley defeated Hastings (Hastings, MN), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Huskies meet the Mound-Westonka White Hawks (Mound, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 16. St. Anthony Village will attempt to move on its 8-14 season record. The White Hawks enter the challenge with a 19-6 record after their 2-0 league win over Glencoe-Silver Lake (Glencoe, MN).
